Stop and start Minecraft Server by itself?

I have hosted a server at MC-HOST24 and would like to stop it at a certain time and then start it automatically at a desired time. Does anyone know a solution? A plugin or just what it does as in the question.

I do not have a server myself at MC Host but somewhere else. I always have the server shut down at midnight and start at 7.30 a.m. It works with a window in your server thing so where you go into the console and so xD.

Well, a restart script doesn't even know what time it is.
