Ideas to set up my lobby?

I'm currently creating a Minecraft server network, and yesterday I bought and pasted a lobby.

The problem with this is that the lobby is huge and detailed, but the construction team has left a lot of space for Npc's crates and other things.

I already have a car park, everywhere crates, npc's and everywhere jumppads.

I wanted to see if someone knows a plugin, which makes the lobby more interesting, or if someone has a good idea with which I could fill up the seats.

Maybe with different mini-games, which are distributed on the map. This way, the players stay on the server even when they are not playing Bedwars or something.
