Used instead of Pex Luckperms. Pex has not received an update for years and is therefore uncertain and unstable. You can also take over your old Permissions.
Tablist and scoreboard may be looking as individual plugins.
A sole tablist of pex does not exist. But there's PexTab, which displays the prefix in front of the name in the tablist. For a tablist plugin I would recommend you "tablist". You can also create a scoreboard via Minecraft. But if you really want a plugin for it, I recommend you recommend "scoreboard".

Jo as a scoreboard I had already QuickBoard in it, but it worked just up to your plugin, no tablist prefix plugin with the scoreboard… In your plugin, the ranks in TAB are displayed to me twice: "Owner * Owner * DiePingSchelle
This could possibly be due to an em tablist plugin. - For some you can set individual prefixes.
I have sTablist + PexTab in it, but even if I delete sTablist, the bug is still there
Hm. - maybe you have not set the prefixes correctly then. - keep in mind that PexTab works only with PEx.
I've dealt with the problem on the track and have a separate test server created only with the plugins, where I think that could be the problem. Conclusion: It was EssentialsChat. Now it works perfectly!
