I have a file with the ending .cisb
When I try it with z.b. Notepad ++ will open only such characters:

Does anyone have an idea how I can read dat?
The file was created with an Item Editor for a plugin.
So it will have something to do with Minecraft.
Links to the editor: https://dev.bukkit.org/...ures/files
Then it will PROBABLY be read only if you open it with the editor or other programs.
I do not have the experience myself, but I would say you need the editor.
But the editor is limited and I would like to have a wider scope of possibilities. Otherwise no idea?
Do you think the editor does not have many options or what?
Otherwise I would just think that you'll do some research if there's another editor for it or you look for if you could edit with Notepad or other that maybe.
