Do like BastiGHG, let a friend into the world who is looking for the Stonghold and then "plays" the ender eye for you with a green block or something similar.
How does the eye break? Throw a coin twice, with 2x heads / tails in a row you lose the ender's eye.
I also saw the video but I actually decided to generate the Stronghold normally so that ender eyes also fly in the direction of Stronghold
