Minecraft plugins? - 1

I would like to open a server with a few friends soon and I would like to have some plugins (1.17) and I wanted to find out if anyone knows plugins that can do that.

1. Create a hologram

2. Change player prefixes

3. Inventory look plugin

4. Where texts defined by me are automatically written in the chat when a joint

5. Mobile enderchest

Holographic displays
Any chat manager and a permission system e.g. LuckPerms

I have no idea whether all of these already exist for 1.17.
Sometimes it takes a while.
