Minecraft plugin rights disappear why?

I use the Spigot Version (Paper) 1.16.2, but I already had a lot of experience with Minecraft Server. Since I'm not very talented in programming in Java, I always get plugins from the network. My Minecraft rights to plugins keep disappearing or are gone from the start.

Server information:

-I host my server through Host-Unlimited

-I have a game server and no VPS

-I have previously discontinued my plugins.

My plugins:

-Essentials X

-BetterRTP

-Power ranks

-LuckPerms

-Vault

-Ultimate jobs

-Via version

-TradeSystem

When setting the rights in the LuckPerms WebEditor, I noticed that rights like essentials.tpa or tradesystem.trade are not available.

Check in the latest.log whether everything is loaded.

Unfortunately not. I can send you the log so there was no error in any of them. All started successfully. But I noticed that, for example, the Ultimate Jobs plugin doesn't have its config files.
