Upload plugins for the bedrock software on a Minecraft server?

I wanted to ask if you can upload plugins for the Bedrock software on a Minecraft server? I know the addons work! But I heard that you can make / upload coded plugins yourself. Is that possible? Or can a software developer do that? And I don't ask anything else for the Bedrock software!

Unfortunately I have to disappoint you… Plugins are only available for the Java version with spigot bukkit, craftbukkit etc.
