Minecraft Private Server Plugin?

Hey I'm looking for my server network a plugin that allows users to create their own sub-server that can play for example Advanter Maps with friends.

Is there such a plugin? I only found one from CloudNet but my server network does not use CloudNet.

PS: Our server network runs on version 1.8.8.

This would require:

You can upload the necessary data in a meaningful way
If necessary, find a hardware server with free system resources
Set up the server correctly and establish a proxy
To effectively limit the available system resources for a server
etc.

In short, you do not really find something good for that because it's a stupid idea. Should it really bring this to work, it is completely overcrowded after one day at the latest as well as Aternos, where then exactly what added value compared to Aternos remains?
