Mlgrush plugin?

I'm doing my own Minecraft server right now, and that's where I'm setting up MLGRush.

I wanted to ask if you know a good plugin for it, in which you can change stick and blocks as you like?

(such as from Teamholy, inTrouble, AnitAC etc.)

No, there's no free MLGRush plugin, I've looked before.
