Is there a 1.14.4 Minecraft Bukkit plugin with which I can deactivate the spawning of spiders?
The chance that you have essentials on your server is almost 95%. There just go into the config and on my line 716 where you can turn off Spider Spawn.
The main point is EssentialsProtect
All monsters are listed below. Attention the config there says whether the spawn of the monsters should be prevented. A false behind the mob means that it can spawn.
Say, a true behind spider and these should no longer spawn.
PS: You need the EssentialsProtect.jar on your server.

Are not commands. You have to turn this off in Config.yml
