Hello dear Minecraft community.

I have a Spigot 1.8.8 server.

I need a self-programmed plugin. I need a plugin with which you can buy a PermissionsEx rank with a GUI with Essentials-Money. With a config how much it should cost etc. It would be good if this GUI needs permission (but it doesn't have to be.)
