Take a look in the spam folder. I'm not familiar with the times until such a code arrives, but the request should actually state how long it can take.
As far as I know you can no longer get the bedrock for free if you have the Java Edition, as far as I know that was ended in April of this year

There's a difference between the Java and the Bedrock Edition.

Do you mean a code for the Windows 10 Edition or the Java Edition?
If you mean for the Java Edition, then the support will definitely help. If you mean the free Windows 10 key, then that no longer works since April. If a chargeable key is meant, only the support can help.
