The same problem I had with minecraft and a Web.de email address. Nobody could help me there either, not even mojang myself. I just took gmail

As far as I know you can change your email address easily. The only question is, can you even register or do you have to answer security questions?

Then exactly the same thing happened to you as it did to me about a year ago. You will probably have to write mojang and you can even look in your email account after the purchase confirmation. You got that back then when you bought minecraft online. You should take a screenshot of that. Since mojang just needs proof that you are really owner, they will probably ask you for this email like me. Otherwise, you have to see what they offer you as an alternative. That's how it went with me.
