Minecraft - payment options?

I want to buy Minecraft Java Edition. However, we do not have Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Is there any other way to pay for it?

If the MC site only offers these payment options, then no. But at MMOGA or other keysellers you can also get MC quickly.

So that looks good, but I read that accounts that were activated with a key bought there are blocked?!
