My (Minecraft) Forge won't open?

Whenever I want to open Forge on the PC, it says: Adobe Reader could not open Forge-1.16.5-36.0.14-installier.jar "because the file type is not supported or the file is damaged (e.g. If you sent as an e-mail attachment and not correctly decoded). "
Unfortunately I have no idea how that is meant or what I should do.
