Minecraft Java or Bedrock?
I recommend the Java edition, not the Bedrock edition.
I think the Java edition is much better. Not only because it is cheaper, but because the following arguments convince me:
More texture packs
More mods
More shaders
More servers
Better control (in relation to the IOS and Android versions)
In addition, for a while you got the Bedrock Edition for free when you bought the Java Edition. I don't know if it's the same today. Even if you don't like the Java edition, it would be smarter to buy it. Of course, there are also advantages to the Bedrock edition.
The Java is just much easier to mod and to play with shaders, but also costs with the Bedrock (there's also a way to download tp and shader from the Internet).
In addition, the Java is nicer.

Minecraft is a CPU dependent game. You would therefore need a good graphics card.
Then you mean GPU - Graphics Processing Unit - CPU is Central Processing Unit - the processor.
Appended (processing period expired), Minecraft is more processor-heavy than graphics card-heavy.
Minecraft Bedrock (regardless of whether it is a mobile phone, PC or console) is the same everywhere.
