Is it possible to change the versions in Minecraft Pocket Edition?

Yesterday I downloaded Minecraft Pocket Edition so bought. And looked at a few "let's build" s. Since I noticed that the graphics in the videos is very different. So nicer glass and nicer blocks. Is that also possible with the Pocket Edition? If yes how?

Yes, there you have to buy them or can you also get them with addons (MCPE-Master) for free (the whole is called texturepack or resourcepack)
