In 2019 there are still people who play Minecraft and one of them (I) has a problem right now and desperately hopes for a solution to his problem.
It looks like this: Since this morning I play on the 1.13, because of a server that runs only on the 1.13. The problem is, when I play on the 1.13 Minecraft games my PC somehow does not like it that much. After 10-15 minutes of playing the whole PC crashes. I can restart it and play again and after 10-15 minutes the PC crashes. RAM and CPU do not look special right now. Basically, my PC is strong enough for Minecraft (Is a laptop, so as a side note) and otherwise it worked fine. I also think it's not because the PC could overheat. To solve the problem I reinstalled Java, did not work.
I need help.

Impractical only the Minecraft has almost doubled in size from 1.12 to 1.13, the forums are full of some computers suddenly can't do it anymore. Unfortunately, Mojang has also missed mentioning the system requirements.
So I would say if everything works before 1.13 and only from 1:13 no longer is it with a high probability of your hardware.
If with you that game always crashes then uninstall minecraft and delete the folder and the installer and get you everything new
