I wanted to start programming with Eclipse today and want to make Minecraft Server etc…, but when I want to open the installer from Eclipse it says, The required 64-Bit Java 1.8.0 virtual machine could not be found '' Then when I go to this website come from Oracle and want to download it, I need an account where you have to enter company name etc., but I have no company or similar. I also need the JDK8 version because I want to do Minecraft Server, as I said before.
https://www.oracle.com/...loads.html
https://adoptopenjdk.net/
https://aws.amazon.com/corretto/
Pick one.
Is it legal?
Why do you think it would not be legal?!
I have now downloaded two but for some reason it still doesn't work, I open the Eclipse installer and then want to choose one of these two but nothing appears
Do you have to do anything else to do it?
I was very confused right now, I didn't install any of them (in the files) to use it, thanks for the help
You will probably have to install or unzip the JDK. I don't know how the Eclipse installer deals with it.
