I've got a small Minecraft server (no active users, just a small team) I was a builder, was not treated nicely, my things were destroyed, etc. Then I called him (had OP) The Spawn broken, The Plotwelt ebenfalles, So, can I be shown for that?

Br

I would not know now that this is illegal. But maybe you can sue for damages because you destroyed the work of others.

Sn

You can be displayed for everything. That's just dropped directly because it's so unimportant.

Has just been an Asi action of you. Just be the better person and just leave the server.

br

It's a game with a virtual world. You can't sue anyone for anything like that, at least that would be very feeble-minded.

I know that it was unnecessary but yes, did it with friends etc. I just wanted to pay them back but thanks

Thank you for your answer.

Br

It is not idiotic. If I wantonly your homemade shelf, you have claims for damages against me. If I deliberately damage someone's digital data, it's conceivable that it could be in court. It does not have to be that way, but it is by no means idiotic.

br

But it is extremely unnecessary and will be dropped in court, as this is just a game.

br

If you were to hack my computer and steal my data, I could show you.

Br

Has that ever happened?

br

What has happened before?

Ge

But this is not a tangible thing and it's not about stored blueprints for the Pentagon, but it's game data. And that in an officially competitive game. The comparison to the shelf is therefore quite limp. In the case for the MC builder annoying but no case somehow relevant in court. You can show everything in the world. But you will probably waved away rather.
