Nitrado Server minecraft, backup not loading?

I restarted my server a few minutes ago and changed from 1.16 to 1.16 bukkit, I also made backup before and restored immediately after the change, did not work. This message has come and is stuck, please help me.

Maybe something is wrong with the backup tool, the best thing to do is to contact Nitrado Support and have a look there at what the problem is.

The support is friendly and very competent in such matters.
