For fun I made minecraft servers for myself and my friends via Aternos (nothing big). The question is whether it is possible to get a barrier or an invisible block? And how is it possible?
And no: the comment / give Mustermann Barrier does not work with minecraft: barrier or 166 or lower case.
Unfortunately, there's no barrier in the Pe version.

First of all, make sure that the cheats are activated in the world settings, I know that they are on 1.14, you have to enter / give @s barrier 1 and you're done.
