This can no longer be said globally, since it is dependent on plugins depending on what you want to do.
The 100 MB per player can no longer be maintained with several worlds and strong plugins, since these alone occupy approx. 40% of the booked RAM. If you then add 2-3 players who are digging hard, you will quickly reach the upper limit.
So count on 4-6 GB RAM with 1-3 players at 1.15.2. The more then come the higher you have to go. It is imperative to keep a constant eye on consumption if you don't want the Serer to crash.
My booth is 100 MB per player. However, I want to warn you about Minehub! It all looks very cheap, but you definitely get better performance from Nitrado. MC-Host24 is also not recommended by the way… However, the prices at Minehub are out of proportion.
Also remember that plugins and worlds also consume a lot of RAM!

I've been with Minecraft and vServer for years. There were always problems. For example, the supposedly infinite storage space was full at 50 GB and my serve was temporarily blocked. And the servers ran poorly like anything else. In my circle of friends there are 2 other people who also had these problems

vServer I have no idea, but the minecraft servers run smoothly and perform well. Maybe you were an exception.
At the time I was there, the Minecraft servers were advertised with "infinite storage". This was simply wrong. And there were several inconsistencies in them. Therefore, I can only advise against personal experience
