I have a small town on the Minecraft Freebuild & RPG Server Creative-Empire.de. Big plans are planned for that. But we need many more inhabitants and cities to implement, as a Free Democratic Republic is planned.

How and where do you find the best player for such a thing?
I have the experience that this is doing pretty well by being allowed to advertise the server / project on a larger discord server. This will definitely find people who want to play along

You could join a YouTuber community server, check the rules to see if advertising is allowed, and if so, just advertise.

As already said. You need eg You can easily install Discord on the Internet.
My own Discord I have for the city etc and there are 2 Discord server from the Mc server.
