I also rented a server on Nitrado. You have to make most of the settings yourself on FileZilla, but apart from that I'm completely satisfied with Nitrado and can recommend it to others.

I can recommend MC-Host24, you can rent a game server or, if you want a lot of control, a Linux root server.
