Is there a command player 1x?

The following question: I'm doing a minecraft server and only wanted to give each player a starter pack once. The starter pack should include the leather armor, a wooden sword and 3 gold nuggets. But is there a command that each player gets the pack only once?

There are plugins for this. But save yourself the leather armor and the wooden sword. This is garbage and nobody will use things for more than 5 minutes if they are used at all.

Yes, try / kit gold nugget and set the time of the kit as you want.
