Minecraft Internal Exception java.io.IOException an existing connection was closed by the remotehost?

I have the latest version of Java and still this message appears on servers like Timolia, Gomme and Rewi.
Only on some servers (for example Griefergames, RandyMC, merrily) can I play problem-free. My ping is permanently at 20.
Can someone please help me, this problem is really on my mind!
