Somehow nobody really plays Minecraft anymore. Previously (2013 to 2017) all servers were overcrowded. Today you have to wait a long time before you even get into a round because there aren't enough players. Do you also think that Mc is extinct?
So I would not call the game "extinct". Sure - many servers have not been as full for a long time as they were back then at the weddings. However, the game is still played by a large number of active players, which is why it is not extinct in my opinion.
Nice day!
Minecraft still has a lot of fans and a lot of faks, so it's definitely not extinct yet, by the way, I won't play before either.
I stopped myself 1 or 2 years ago, even wanted to give up my account, but nobody wants that either, so I guess hardly anyone who starts with Minecraft, who are still playing now are mostly those who have been playing it for a long time
Minecraft is just getting all the hype again. Lately in particular, I've had the feeling that more and more players are playing Minecraft. It may be that it used to be more popular, but Minecraft is far from extinct.
Especially with the 1.17 update, Minecraft is coming back - you can also see many YouTubers suddenly starting to gamble again.
Still one of the most played games around with over 100 million active players every month.
People have just shifted. PvP has just become boring for many. Today you play survival on smaller or even private servers, single-player, custom servers or simply modpacks.
