Import GS paths from plotsquared?

I have a minecraft server with built-up lots. (plotsquared)

Now i wanted to import another way so that the land is not lost. Is there a command for this?

As long as there are no merged plots, this video should go:

Otherwise I would just make a backup of the world and still do it with the video. If something goes wrong then you still have your old world.
