I've been playing Minecraft ages ago and used to be on a Sever where you build up everything in creative mode (houses, etc.) and then continue to play in Survival. On this server, you could somehow fence your property or any area and with a specific command on a sign claim for yourself this area, so that nobody breaks something or degrades.
That's exactly what I'm looking for now! (Or at least a server where you can play creatively in the beginning but then appreciate Survival and its houses (or just lots of land))
Does anyone know a server where you can build things creatively first, etc. And then play in survival and claim your property?

I'm not sure if the server still exists, but a long time ago Abgegrieft HD had such a server.
So I do not know now which server that was - have never heard of it… But dfas with the "land" is called CityBuild

I enjoy playing in Survival Mode with other players but also with a nice base you can't get built in the survival and therefore I would like to build it in the creative so I focus not on the base but the general gameplay.
