The crash log is pretty unspecific, something is wrong with your server software, it's best to reinstall everything, you can keep the world.
Or was there some trigger an added plugin, an attempted hacker attack?

Try to bring the file back to its normal state or just send in your personal configuration.

Try to delete the file "usercache.json".
