Since the server's creator is playing on Java, the server is on Java and only Java players can play on Java Server. However, you can change the server software so that only all players, except Java players, can access the server. To do this, go to the three lines at the top left, then to Software and select either Bedrock (for the latest versions) or Pocketmine (for plugins). And if you change the software, you have to consider that the server will be reinstalled, i.e. All worlds will be regenerated, all plugins / mods will be deleted, all options reset and so on.
What i know is that the server Hivemc oderso has a double function! I mean that java players and pe or bedrock players can join him! But they are ported to different worlds, which means that it is a server that consists of several software and servers. You should be able to join both but you probably can't play together.
