Pvp Minecraft server with bases without lots?

My buddy and I are currently looking for a survival Pvp minecraft surver on which you have no land / claim blocks and you have to hide your base. Maybe the youtuber OhTekker tells you something. This one has such a server but unfortunately you can only play on it with old mc versions.

Does anyone of you know such a server that is more up-to-date?

There are anarchy servers like 2b2t or endcrystal.me. Everything is allowed then. It is common there to use a hack client that automatically farms etc. Anticheat is already there.
