Minecraft server disconnected?

Hello I'm the admin of a server and we have a big problem right now whenever we go to the server 1 minutes later all players are kicked off the server and get this picture but why?

Now I wanted to know whether we as the server team can do something there or whether only the server host can do that?

Is there an explanation of how the problem arises or how you can write it to the host support so that they immediately know what the problem is and what they have to do, since we have written a lot but have not helped yet?

This error message means that the server has been shut down so you have to talk to the owner and if he has hosted a website he has to ask the support.

Funny, maybe quickly back up all the data and then reinstall Spigot and Bungeecord if it were possible because a new installation usually solves many problems

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do about this problem and the hoster does nothing at all. Especially with rented servers, the bandwidth is shared with tens of servers and if it is overloaded, there's a time out = remote host was closed.

Possibility to look for another hoster or accept the short time out. If this happens more often and in the longer term, you should already consider changing your host. Nobody can give you a guarantee in the present time, when thousands use the home office.

Your owner is fake, data that is saved during a game (statistics, inventory, etc.) is so small that it has no effect on server performance. Connection breaks always occur due to bad internet / insufficient bandwidth or server is located abroad (USA) or due to overload. If only a single player has the problem from time to time, it can be due to a brief dropout of their own internet. If everyone has the aborts of different computers and providers, it is up to the server host and its internet connection.
The latest.log can possibly provide information as to whether there's a plugin problem. But it is very rarely the case that faulty plugins cause server crashes.

I currently know the problem from my V-Server. Before Corona everything went perfectly and since the introduction of homepoffice it has also been worse. But not so bad that I couldn't live with it.
