Minecraft bedwars can't build in the middle?

I have a bedwars server you can build islands on the player but not on the islands with Itemspawner and you can't build yourself in the middle of the Goldspawner but if I give op you can build yourself in the middle and then build islands with Itemspawner. Which rights do you need to be able to build yourself in the middle and on islands?

I also had the problem with me it was the lobby system plugin try to delete the lobby system plugin (only the jar) and then / rl confirm whether it works if not try any other plugins 1 it will be if you know which one it is then you have to see that you adjust it correctly
