MCPE disconnects automatically, how do you deactivate it?

My Minecraft Bedrock Edition on the phone (Android 8.1) always disconnects from servers when I put the app in the background. (Already after a second) Can you somehow deactivate this?

No, you can't deactivate it, because from Mojang's point of view you shouldn't let the game run in the background (on servers it becomes even more ugly, because you "unnecessarily" take away a player seat)

In addition, there were too many problems when Minecraft had to start again immediately after a few seconds.
