Create Minecraft thumbnails with facial expressions?

I would like to know how you tuber like arazhul and mexify… Make your minecraft thumbnails, I use mineimator as a program, but there you can't change the facial expressions of the minecraft skins and the head like arms and legs… You can't do something like that make it rounded. Thanks in advance

Most of the time these thumbnails are drawn or animated.

These thumbnails are created using Blender or Cinema3D. The best thing to do is to watch a tutorial on YT. That can be a bit more complex. Have lots of fun with it.
