Minecraft skin packs from 2015 are no longer there in 2021 can help me further?

I bought a lot of skin packs from Minecraft PlayStation Edition, for example. The Simpson's skin pack from 2015. I can no longer download the skin packs or they are not displayed in game for me. I'm still on the same account as in 2015. It says installed, but the game doesn't show me that I have the skin pack. I think that's only been the case since the Badrock Edition. Can someone help me there.
