First of all, I don't intend to download it, I already own the java edition, the switch edition and the mobile phone version. I recently received an advertisement for a Minecraft fake on YouTube I forgot the name of most of them) and also played on old cell phones and looked for the current fake in the Plastore and found the following review
I also had such a game and when I tried to add my own skin (with a picture from the gallery) and I selected something, the message came up: this is not a minecraft skin you joke!
The same message comes up if you want to do it in real Minecraft PE
In addition, there were also a pre-made skins that are (I think) also in the real Bedrock edition
I think the textures were different
So we come to my questions: why don't the copiers get any legal penalties?
And do you know which company is behind such fake Minecraft's?
Thank you for reading
I hope there aren't too many misspellings
PS. With a fake Minecraft you could even log in with a microsoft account and then maybe go to the server whether you could go to the server or not I don't know
These are usually just similar games.
It has nothing to do with a pirated copy.
OK
First of all, they are neither directly pirated nor fakes. While they are similarly designed sandbox games, they do not say that it can be classified as the same.
Accordingly, there are no legal penalties for these developer studios, which are actually almost always mentioned in the app in the Play Store.
And now to the question that the worlds have been erased. Just because the similar game was on it at the time, it doesn't have to be related. It's funny but doesn't have to be right. I used to have Craftman on my mobile phone for a short time, and the game has actually been around for a long time. But it never happened to me that worlds were erased.
Too many reviews say that it is positive for me to say that it is something that would occur every second.
The Minecraft Wiki says that about copying and etc.:
https://minecraft.fandom.com/de/wiki/Crack#:~:text=Rechtliches,-Die%20Firma%20Mojang&text=Rechtlich%20gesehen%20stellt%20die%20Benutzung,nach%20dem%20deutschen%20Urheberrecht%20dar.
And do you know which company is behind such fake Minecrafts?
You can see this over the app (in green letters)
It has nothing to do with pirated copies. Unless you would use the code, the music etc. From Minecraft one-to-one to sell it as another game. They are just similar sandbox games. There are also games like Minetest, Manic Digger, Terasology etc. The similarities to Minecraft are not fakes and have their right to exist.
Example: After all, Battlefield is not a copy / fake of Call of Duty.
