How do I animate my Minecraft skin for a texture?

I have a question and that would be, How can I animate my skin in Minecraft in such a way that I can put it on a sword in a texture package? I have already tried it with Nova Skin Wallpaper but that didn't work how can I make it virus free and without a downloadable program and without any other mod?

It is sufficient if you simply write "texture" instead of "skin for texture".

You can't animate your skin if you want to animate the sword. Simply pack all textures into the folder and adapt the jSON accordingly
