I have permission ex runtegeldaen does anyone know if there's the function that the name in the taplist and above the head is displayed better the rank

You have the possibility to pack https://www.spigotmc.org/...ree.47243/ on your subserver. You just have to pack it and the plugin pulls out the prefixes from the config that you have set in permissions.yml. For the tablist http://dev.bukkit.org/...tabcolors/ should work.
