Minecraft's own lucky block does not load the textures but what do I do?

I created my own Lucky Block with addons generator but load all the textures from the items as well as from the Lucky block instead I only see a black / purple block what did I do wrong?

Maybe wrong version? The black purple block appears when there are unknown textures that the system does not recognize
