Minecraft Reactorcraft?

I want to play Minecraft again with some classmates. So not Vanilla, but modded. However, a problem has now arisen with the modpack. Once I activate reactorcraft / rotarycraft, all textures are gone, from the items you have in your hand.
Anybody an idea why that could be?

Could be because the version is too old… So from the mod.
