Minecraft: hide flame texture in the HUD?

At the moment i often play in the nether and fight against fire. I find it nerdy when such a fire texture is displayed on the screen when you are on fire. I can then no longer see the opponents properly…

Go to the texture pack and under Blocks replace the file for the fire with a png without an image.

But then the fire (the block) is gone, which clearly does not correspond to the desired result

Maybe just take a little fire? This is done in PvP packs, the fire is still there, but at least you can still see something.
