I love the Dandelion Texture Pack but I don't like one thing, the water. Is there any way to make water look like water?

Question:

I play a mix of different texture packs I made, around 6, but the Dandelion TP is most recognizable in it.

I'm very at peace with my water, but I do not know which of the TPs it is made of. It may also be from Dandelion, and I just like the water.

2nd question

You could: just put the water out and set it to default or swap it for another water texture.

You go to the TP (you may have to unzip it if it was a .zip file)> assets> minecraft> textures. I think under blocks you can also find the water (several times, because of still and flowing) then you can delete the water, replace it or edit it yourself.
