Minecraft texture pack pictures, legal?

Hi,

how does it look like if you just take pictures of Google and then the pack also published. Are not actually my pictures, or is it then again, since the Pixeliger are as the original.

Theoretically illegal (some pictures) but how high is the chance that your texture pack
Viral goes or is discovered by the artist

I would rather not risk, now have copyright free images
