I downloaded minecraft on my tablet and a shader from the Internet. And where I set the shader, my minecraft just crashed and I couldn't get in afterwards. I uninstalled minecraft and I still couldn't get in. Can someone help me how I can turn it off again?

I'm assuming a Windows tablet. With Windows 10 as the operating system.

open the folder "% appdata% \. Minecraft \ shaderpacks" and cut out the shader pack and paste it on the desktop.

Minecraft will not find the shader pack at launch and will simply start without the pack. Then you can play Minecraft again.
