LS19 multiplayer error message?

I would like to play the new LS19 multiplayer (ON X BOX ONE S), but unfortunately it does not work☹

For example, if I want to join a game I get the error message "I could not connect to multiplayer" "What can I do to play multiplayer?

(Ps. For example, Minecraft does not work either)

I have the same problem with the multiplayer.

Internet connection is available on both PC's and both games are up to date.

If you're both connected to Lan, it's not Wi-Fi and a LAN, then that's what it has to do to play
