Move arm stand?

I want to move the arms and generally the armorstand in Minecraft 1.12.2. I want it to look like he's breaking a block. How can I get that done?
I don't really understand how the method works.

You can only play players who have been with us since the beginning, no one else. Notch did it so that you either play from the beginning or buy the 50 euro version of Minecraft. Because of commercial and such.

As far as I know, the armor stand can't be moved and I'm also not familiar with a Minecraft version for 50 euro.

To make an armorstand look more realistic, there's the armostandtools plugin. He has arms and legs and with a little practice you can move him and give him items.
